With a budget of $230,000 and tight time frame, Clearway needed new space for their growing company. They wanted the new space to work with the original upstairs, but with more collaborative and quiet spaces in the layout.
Goodmans used BRC storage, value engineered Herman Miller Mirra and Setu options with finishes, etc, to bring the costs down from their standards on the 5th floor, used Krug glass and laminate top tables instead of their standard HBF glass top tables from 5th floor, used Global Lounge with graded-in upholsteries.
