Rooted in Good

Our Rooted in Good community relations program is a 501(c)3 built on a foundation of commitment to our communities.

It is a grassroots effort to provide our team members opportunities for community involvement and organizational initiatives for corporate citizenship. The primary mission of Rooted in Good is to leverage our resources and diverse talents to support health and human services, enhance educational opportunities, and respect the environment in the communities where we live and work. Goodmans' ongoing community involvement efforts are accomplished through volunteerism, sponsorship of events, board participation, educational outreach, partnership, corporate gifts, and support of community service organizations.

The idea that we are connected to the greater community is one of the fundamental tenets of our corporate values. Along with in-kind and monetary donations to local non-profits a large percentage of our team members participate in charitable activities. This percentage keeps growing as individual community connectedness blossoms under our Rooted in Good philanthropy umbrella. As a testimony to our success, in 2008 the Arizona ACE Awards recognized Goodmans with its first-ever "Community Impact Award".
