“We have had the opportunity to work with Goodmans Interior Structures on the Banner University Medical Center 17-floor patient tower, including an Emergency Department, full 2nd Floor administration suite, and the Executive C-Suite. Goodmans joined our project team in the early stage of the IPD process and were actively involved in the programming meetings with each of the departments and user groups. Their team brought knowledge to the table from past Banner projects and worked with us to develop a new template for the core of our Emergency Department. There was participation on their behalf to share design concerns from past project experience and in turn offering suggestions for solutions. The installation team was consistent. Sites were field verified to eliminate the cost of construction changes. The furniture trucks were offloaded in the late afternoons as the construction teams had left the site and installation of furniture handled in a separate morning shift. ”

“The crew was in & out in 20 minutes with no disruption to our employees. The technician was quick to assess and took the time to explain what he thought caused the issue. He suspected that someone may have tried to push the door closed, rather than allowing the slow close feature to do its job. In the process, the mechanism didn’t catch, and became disengaged…until the repair crew arrived to dismantle the door & reset the mechanism. Very useful information!! You know that I like learning the technical stuff, and when the opportunity arises, will pass the info along to our end-users. I will try to educate them on the importance of allowing the doors to slow-open and slow-close as intended, and hopefully, this will reduce the service calls we need to request moving forward. “I just wanted to let you know about the phenomenal service I received today when your repair technician visited me to repair on my chair. He was incredibly polite, kind, and very thorough. I didn’t realize how much work was needed on my chair, I just knew I needed a caster. He took the time to look it over completely, replaced all 5 casters, my armrests, as well as some other components and cleaned it too. He also took pictures of his work and reviewed them with me. As he walked down the hall to leave, he also pointed out a couple of other chairs he believed were still covered under warranty and made plans to come back and service them as well. Shortly after his departure, I received an email to set up the appointment to have those chairs serviced. I couldn’t ask for a more efficient team, they are very much appreciated!”
